Témpore Properties is a real estate investment vehicle that is majority-owned by the Management Company for Assets Arising from the Banking Sector Reorganisation (Sareb). Its property portfolio comprises 1,553 residential units, which have a gross value of €175.5 million and are mostly located in Madrid and Barcelona, as well as in other cities across the regions of Valencia, Andalusia and Castilla la Mancha. In the future, Sareb may transfer more residential properties to the portfolio as part of the framework agreement entered into by both parties.
Témpore Properties is mainly focused on acquiring and managing rental properties in areas of high demand, with a view to maximising its shareholders’ return on investment. Its commercial strategy benefits from the support of specialist entities operating across Spain who guarantee effective rental management, as well as optimal property improvements.
With its main goal being to efficiently manage its properties, Témpore Properties is both one of the country’s top operators, and is also helping to professionalise and further consolidate the rental market in Spain.
