We develop residential urban projects in Latin America under the concept of “sustainable microcities”.  Drawing on the accumulated experience of the management team and its extensive experience in the region, we carry out these projects through our group subsidiaries in each country where we are present.

Company Profile

Santa Ana is the first European company with a Latam focus on sustainable real estate development. The business model is based on the development of what we call "sustainable microcities". These microcities include high-quality housing solutions incorporating ESG international standards. These master-planned microcities are conceived from scratch as a complete ecosystem, including not just residential units, but amenities, recreational and commercial areas.

The company has crafted an strategy to establish itself as a regional leader, both in infrastructure and master-planned communities development, and construction across Latin America, addressing the rising housing demand driven by rapid population growth in these countries.

Santa Ana's operation is based on a vertically integrated business model starting from land acquisition and urban planning to land transformation, architectural design, and infrastructure and residential construction. 

Santa Ana is currently developing three projects based on its sustainable micro-city concept in Colombia, Chile, and Panama.
