Quonia Socimi S.A. (hereinafter "QUONIA") is a Real Estate investment company focussed on selecting, acquiring and responsible managing real estate assets. QUONIA is a recent company that gathers up the lengthy years of experience in the property business of its team. The name QUONIA is the result of adding the normalizer suffix "-(n)ia” to the Latin adverb “quo", that etymologically refers to location or place, to geographic location that appears after a search and to destination where to settle down.
Its corporate philosophy is focused on detecting strategic buildings that are linked to relevant economic sectors in its geographical area of investment. By applying a responsible plan, value is added to the overall portfolio. Projects, with controlled risk, are characterized by long-term profitability and the soundness of the portfolio, consisting always on core products. Thus, the company will not base its strategy on growth but on obtaining assets that can add value and profitability to the whole portfolio. Hence the company motto can be summarized in protecting and adding value to the efforts of its investors.
QUONIA is externally managed by RUSITON XXI, SL, a management firm specialized in real estate investment and with a sound financial experience.
