Company Profile

Numulae Gestión de Servicios SOCIMI S.A. is a Spanish Real Estate Company that on Febrary 26th, 2016 acquired Andromeda Capman Propiedad, S.L.U. 35 commercial properties, 9 kiosks and 3 terraces distributed in a total area of 6.978,25m².

The assets are located in the Arcángel Shopping Center, the largest place for shopping, service, fashion, restaurant and leisure by number of visits in Cordoba. Opened in November 1994, it has always contributed to concentrating a significant part of the local employment and promoting the establishment of small and medium independent shops in 34.000m² commercial area. It has also had a premium location in the southern part of the historic center of Córdoba.

The strategy of the board of management Numulae, consists of the promotion and patrimonialist investment in all types of real estate assets under lease. With a vision to capitalize knowledge of the real estate market to create a mix of investments including some of high profitability that require greater management and others with a more conservative profile and tighter profitability
