MILEPRO LOGÍSTICA ÚLTIMA MILLA SOCIMI, S.A. (hereinafter “MilePro” or “the Company”) is a Spanish company whose main objective is to create a real estate portfolio of high quality assets related to the last mile logistics sector. It achieves this objective through active management of the acquired assets, including investment in the improvement and transformation of the assets in order to provide a better quality of service in the growing e-commerce industry.
MilePro is registerered under the Spanish REIT Regime (Sociedad Anónima Cotizada de Inversión Inmobiliara – SOCIMI) and has a Board of Directors, with proven experience, which will oversee the investment and management of the Company.
MilePro is a vehicle externally managed by Azora, a Spanish independent asset manager focused on real estate investments. Azora was founded in 2003, has a team of c.300 professionals and currently manages assets worth over €6.5 billion.
