Company Profile

Indexa Capital Group SA, founded on June 16, 2014, initially as Bewa7er Market SL, is the parent company of Indexa Capital AV, Indexa Courtier d’Assurance, and Bewater Asset Management SGEIC (Bewater Funds), of which it owns 100% of the capital.

Indexa Capital AV is the leading independent automated investment manager in Spain since 2015 and expanded to Belgium in 2020. It serves over 70,000 clients with investment fund portfolios, pension plans, and life insurance, offering lower costs, higher returns, and global diversification. Currently, it manages more than 2 billion euros, with an annual growth of 71% over the past 5 years.

Indexa Courtier is an insurance broker in France, specializing in life-savings insurance. It offers products with lower costs, higher returns, and global diversification, tailored to French regulatory and tax requirements.

Bewater Funds is a manager of Closed-End Collective Investment Funds in Spain. It provides professional investors the opportunity to invest in profitable unlisted companies through its single-investment or diversified funds.
