Elaia Investment Spain SOCIMI S.A. («EIS») is a real estate investment company devoted to the acquisition, refurbishment and lease of real estate assets.
Since the beginning of its activity, EIS has been implementing a value creation strategy through repositioning of the acquired assets by refurbishment projects and the implementation of partnerships with top-tier European operators.
The projects include a triple net yield and a robust portfolio. Therefore, the Company bases its strategy on the increase of the value of the assets included in the portfolio as well as the acquisition of the assets that add value and profitability to the portfolio.
EIS was set up in December 2015 and manages a portfolio composed of tourism assets and residential assets. EIS has an initial investment target of €280 million allocated between tourism properties (80%) and residential properties (20%).
EIS is a company managed directly by Elaia Management Spain, S.L., part of the Batipart Group, having a team with great expertise in real estate, which guarantees a safe real estate investment and a solid management of the assets.
