("ARRIENDA") is a listed real estate investment company that emerged in 2017 through a spin-off of CLEMENT, SA, a developer / construction company with more than 45 years of experience in real estate in Madrid, with the aim of splitting the entire branch of activity dedicated to leasing and isolating it from the inherent risks of pure promotion and construction.
All built by CLEMENT, ARRIENDA has a diversified portfolio of real estate investments among its 2 4 **** hotels, 40 homes, 1,096 m2 of offices, 4,177 m2 of commercial premises and 172 garage spaces.
It also has three finalist plots that will be developed in the short, medium and long term, increasing the turnover and the result of the company in the future.
The company's strategic mission is to increase its real estate investments with the aim of improving the profitability of its shareholders, growing the value of its shares and strengthening its position within the market.
