Company Profile

AP67 SOCIMI, S. A. under the corporate name of Akydeko Plus, S. L, was incorporated on 25 April 2001. It is a patrimonial company dedicated to purchasing urban land and development of real estate projects in order to get the maximum return o it. Besides this, the company includes in its strategy the incorporation of finished buildings, if complying the appropriate profitability requirements. These properties will be leased in order to move towards a real estate company with all kind of assets, whether for residential, retail, and office uses, etc... Since 2016, the company benefits from the tax advantages associated with the SOCIMI´s rules, and the management of the acquired assets in order to maximize the value of its portfolio.

The company´s management is carried out by a Board of Directors (composed of three members) that directly manage and supervise the company's investments in order to look for the best opportunities to invest in the rental market for housing, retail, and offices in strategic locations.
