ADRIANO CARE Socimi S.A. (hereinafter “Adriano”) is a real estate investment company dedicated to the acquisition, ownership, promotion and development, renovation and leasing of real estate assets related to the elderly in Spain.
Adriano's objective is to create a leading real estate vehicle in Spain specialized in the elderly that aims to respond to the latent need for residential places that exists in Spain.
Within Adriano's investment strategy are those real estate assets such as geriatric residences, homes adapted for the elderly and other centers for the care of said group located in Spain.
Adriano is managed by the Spanish company AZORA Capital SL (hereinafter “Azora”), an independent capital manager, based in Spain, focused on investment and real asset management. The 15 years of experience, the recurring trust of its shareholders and the multidisciplinary team made up of 200 professionals, have allowed the manager to raise more than 3,500 million euros since its creation.
The main objective of Azora is to maximize the creation of value for Adriano's shareholders through i) a proactive management of rental properties and ii) the promotion of residential assets for the elderly in strategic locations.
